Over 70 experts and scholars from the highly noted universities of China came to Hunan University to attend the International Seminar on Delay Differential Equation held in Hunan University from June 15 to June 18. Prof. Huang Lihong presided over the opening ceremony, and Liu keli, secretary of the CPC Hunan Unversity Committee, presented and addressed at the event.
The main subject of this seminar is the new development of delay differential equation research. Nearly 40 scholars made academic lectures respectively on the latest academic achievements of Bifurcation Theory, Travelling Wave Solutions, Reaction-diffusion Equations, Hamilton System, Random Dynamical System, and Biomathematics and so on. Further discussions and in-depth exchanges on the subjects of common concern were conducted at the seminar..
This seminar was hosted by Hunan University and organized by Collage of Mathematics and Econometrics. As its opening ceremony was coincident with the 80th birthday of highly respected scholar Wang Zhicheng of the collage, a celebration was held during the event.
