If the campus e-card is lost or damaged, the holder should go to the campus e-card service center for its replacement or resubmission. No one else but the card holder can be in charge of the replacement or resubmission with valid identity documents (Valid identity documents refer to I.D. card, student card or passport, hereinafter the same.)
