A campus e-card has an inquiry password and a consumption password. The inquiry password is used to login the inquiry e-card website or to report the card loss; when the consumption of every single time is beyond the monetary limit, the consumption password for consumption is required. The original password is the last six digits of the holder's ID card or six digits of "8".

The inquiry password can be reset on the website, the touch screen or money transfer machine. And the consumption password can be reset on ATMs, or reset by designated person at campus e-card service center. In order to ensure that your personal financial information is safely kept, please reset password as soon as you receive the card.
