When the campus e-card is lost inadvertently, please report the loss as soon as possible in the following ways in your own interest as well as to prevent other people's inappropriate access.

1) E-card loss reporting to the staff: go to the campus e-card service center or the Room 206 on the second floor of Comprehensive Building in North Campus.

2) E-card loss reporting on the website: visit http://ecard.hnu.cn and login, then type in the account number and password and the loss report can be declared online.

3) E-card loss reporting on a touch screen: go to the self-service e-card loss reporting section on a touch screen to proceed the loss report.
