On the afternoon of Dec.18th, a delegation from the Beijing Automobile Group Co., Ltd. Group (BAIC Group) headed by its Deputy Party Secretary Li Zhili, visited Hunan University and signed an agreement on donating equipments: a teaching car, a test drive car and eight engines. It marked a further cooperation between the two sides since the strategic cooperation agreement inked in this March.
On March 12th this year, Hunan University and the BAIC Group have officially signed a School-enterprise Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement on Talents Cultivation and Development. The agreement stated that the both sides should take full advantage of the complementary resources to enhance the innovation and research capacity, so as to transform research outcomes into productivity. Additionally, consensus was achieved in terms of talents introduction, training and development and establishing long term partnership.
In May, heads of HR from enterprises under the BAIC Group came to HNU and had talks on the practice of specific cooperation with the university.
During September, nine subsidiaries of the BAIC Group held Fall On-Campus Recruiting in HNU. Over 110 graduates have received offers so far. At the same time, campus auto shows were being carried out.
