The 1st Hunan Politics and Public Administration Graduate Student Forum was held at Hunan Normal University on April 29. The School of Politics and Public Administration of Hunan University was one of the hosts of this forum. Huang Mingyuan, a graduate student from Hunan University, delivered a speech on the topic of “Thinking on the Realistic Ecology of Internet Mass Incidents” which received well recognition.

Themed with “Virtuality and Reality: Exploring Internet Mass Incidents”, this forum was jointly hosted by Hunan Normal University, Central South University and the School of Politics and Public Administration of Hunan University. It was aimed to establish an academic exchange platform for Hunan’s graduate students majoring in politics and public administration.
