Asian Development Bank (ADB)’s President Takehiko Nakao led a group of senior managers to visit Hunan University (HNU) and Yuelu Academy on Sept. 23. Vice Governor of Hunan Province Zhang Jianfei, Assistant Financial Minister Zou Jiayi, and HNU leaders Liu Keli and Cao Yijia accompanied the guests.

Takehiko Nakao listened to the interpretation about the history and educational model of Yuelu Academy, and asked about the celebrities and poems of the academy. HNU Secretary Liu Keli presented a rubbing of Yuelu Academy’s Admonition of Study to the guests.

The ADB delegation came to Hunan this time for the exchange and cooperation in low-carbon development.
