The foreign teachers' apartments are comfortable and clean.  They come fully furnished, including a bed, couch and television.  Laundry can be washed, for free, in the building's laundry room.  The apartments also come with cable television, air conditioners, and broadband internet access.  To further the sense of community, kitchens are shared with other teachers and doctoral students, although each teacher has his own stove, sink, microwave and counter space.  The bathroom facilities are private, clean and Western.  There is 24-hour security and a free monthly maid service.
