The Chemistry and Chemical Engineering Society of the Four Provinces in Central China held its annual meeting in HNU on Oct. 28, 2017.

The meeting was hosted by the Chinese Chemical Society (CCS) Hubei Office, and organized by the HNU College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering and the Hunan Chemistry and Chemical Engineering Society.

More than 300 experts from Hunan, Hubei, Anhui, and Jiangxi attended, and 17 gave keynote lectures.

Hunan Chemistry and Chemical Society Chairman Liu Weidong, CCS Secretary General Fan Qinghua, Hubei Chemistry and Chemical Society Vice Chairman Wang Cunwen, and HNU Vice President Xu Guozheng addressed the meeting.

The meeting was presided over by Prof. Wu Hailong from HNU College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering.

Twelve professors lectured that afternoon. More than 300 papers were collected for the meeting.
