The Coordination and Innovation Center for "Two-Oriented" Society Reform & Construction was established in Changsha on June, 13. It is co-organized by the Coordination Commission for Two-Oriented Construction & Reforms in Chang-Zhu-Tan Pilot Area, Central South University (CSU), Wuhan University, Hunan University, Hunan University of Science and Technology, Hunan Academy of Social Sciences and the Information Center of Economic Research of the Hunan Provincial People's Government. Deputy Minister of China's Education Ministry Li Weihong, Secretary of the Working Committee of the Pilot Zone of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan City Cluster Zhang Wenxiong and Secretary of the Party Committee of CSU Gao Wenbin and President of CSU Zhang Yaoxue attended the signing ceremony of framework agreements.
Focusing on the mechanism and system reform and great demands in constructing the pilot area, the center will effectively gather innovative elements and resources. Through coordinating the deepened cooperation among participating parties, the center will explore the important theoretic and practical problems in the construction, to yield some major achievements and provide important theory and intelligent support for the construction of the pilot area.
