Researcher of the Institute of Physics at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and Former President of the Mexican Physical Society Li Gao, together with his wife, paid a four-day academic and cultural visit to Hunan University. His visit aims at furthering a recent study with Professor Liu Quanhui of Hunan University.

As an international well-known expert in molecular physics and quantum chemistry, Professor Li is also devoted to enhancing the exchange and cooperation in physics and culture between China and Mexico. As early as 1973, as a representative of young scientists, he visited the physics community of China. This one is his eighth visit to China.
