"We take a solemn oath at the foot of Yuelu Mountain that we will work proudly and passionately as volunteers in the Expo Central China 2012". An oath-taking ceremony and concentrated training was held in Hunan University on the morning of May 6, with over 600 volunteers from 9 universities attending it.

At the ceremony, chief of the Communist Youth League Changsha Municipal Committee introduced the organizing of the volunteers and presented flags to the volunteer teams respectively working at the expo and in Changsha City. Then, etiquette experts from the National Education Committee for Professionals gave a systematical training course to volunteers via videos and case discussion, in a bid to intensify their service awareness and enhance their image-building power.

"It's a great honor to serve the Expo Central China 2012 and we also realize the great responsibility. We must shoulder the glorious mission and spare no efforts to show the good image of volunteers." said Xie Bailan, a volunteer from Hunan University.
