The 18th Hunan University Sports Meeting was held on November 11 and 12, 2017. HNU leaders Xie Chi and Yu Xiangcheng were present.
There were 139 events of 15 programs, participated by 25 teams.
The sports meeting was organized by the Physical Education Institute, Graduate School, Student Affairs Department, the Communist Youth League HNU Committee, and College of Materials Science and Engineering. In addition to track and field events, a series of funny games were held, such as basketball shooting relay, side-by-side running, and tug of war.
