As the newsemesterbegins, more than 10,000 freshmen from nationwide came to HNU to greet their new stage of life, full of expectations. They include 5,096 undergraduate, and 5,870 postgraduate students.

For the freshmen’s convenience, HNU provided 24-hour pick-up,free subwaytickets, and registration services on August 24 and 25. Reception centers were arranged at the Changsha Railway Station and Changsha South (High-speed) Railway Station. Those who arrived in Changsha by air could also enjoyenquiry and reception servicesby HNU’s guides at the Changsha Huanghua International Airport.

Theregistrationproceduresare streamlined. The freshmen only need to take their admission letter, ID card, and pre-registration QR code to theircolleges, and scan to finish the registration.

In the dormitories in south campus and Caiyuan campus, 24-hour reception services were open to the freshmen.
