At 3:00 PM local time (4:00 PM Beijing time) on July 30, the 2015 PACE Global Annual Forum closed in St. Paul, Brazil.

65 universities from 12 countries participated in the forum. The RSMS Project TEAM-D, cooperated by Hunan University (HNU), Tongji University, Politecnico di Torino, Kookmin University, Prairie View A&M University and Israel Institute of Technology, won the Best Exterior Design Award and the Second Prize in the Manufacturing Competition during the first year phase appraisal.

So far, 66 prestigious global universities have joined the PACE plan. HNU started to prepare for its PACE center in April, 2013, which will be the 67th global PACE center, making HNU the 5th university with a PACE center in China. Since the foundation of HNU PACE Center, HNU has orderly push forward 4 international and domestic cooperative projects, and attended the 2014 and 2015 PACE Global Annual Forum in Italy and Brazil respectively. In 2016, the forum will be held in Cincinnati, USA with the theme of “Eco-Design”.
