It is commissioned to popularize Hunan's tourism and business, design and implement international exchange activities, overseas training, and international social media promotion to accelerate the internationalization of the province.

As "U" stands for users, the website is a visual feast for netizens, guided by the concept of "User First". The first edition of the website aims to effectively display the geographic features of 14 cities and prefecture across the province focusing on exhibiting tourist attractions with broad screen version, popular design and pure color layout to attract tourists at home and abroad. Based on international tourists' preferences and tourism consumption habits, the website covers five columns including places to go, things to do, events, about HN, and plan your trip, providing customized international tourism services.
