Hunan University (HNU) and University of South Australia (UniSA) singed a memorandum of understanding on Oct. 28. UniSA vice president Negel Relph and HNU vice president Cao Yijia attended the signing ceremony.

According to the MOU, the two universities agreed to establish cooperative relationship officially, focusing on education and scientific research especially law science studies.
