An Experience Design Joint Innovation Center, co-constructed by Huawei and HNU, was founded at HNU School of Design on October 20, 2021.

Since 2014, HNU and Huawei have collaborated in experience design of data, tool, platform, and standards in network, terminal, and enterprise service areas. More than 20 joint design research projects have been completed, which laid a foundation for the founding of the center. As agreed, the two parties will conduct all-round cooperation in various fields, including joint course, collaborated workshop, education mode exploration, design research project, and academic innovation.

After the nameplate unveiling ceremony, the Joint Innovation Center organized its first research symposium. Persons in charge of the Huawei UCD Center and HNU School of Design, and faculty and student representatives, attended.
