The finals of the 4thNational University Contest on Intelligent Robotic Innovations was held recently. Instructors Fang Lu and Chen Haowen from HNU Modern Engineering Training Center led six teams to participate in the contest, and won two first, two second, and one third prizes. HNU was granted with an “Outstanding Organization Award”, and Fang Lu honored as an “Outstanding Instructor”. These made history of HNU in such contest.
The contest is a national-level A-class discipline competition. It is hosted by the China Association of Higher Education, Engineering Graphics Course Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education, and the organization committee of the contest. A total of 2,475 teams from 345 Chinese universities, such as Zhejiang University, Xi’an Jiaotong University, and HNU, participated. The contest adopted aknockout semi of robotic works and an online final this year.
