Those who have lost their campus e-cards can report the loss through self-help systems (such as e-card website, touch screen system, campus ATMs, etc.) by typing in student or worker number, campus e-card number, or inquiry password. They can also go to campus e-card service center to apply for these services with their valid identifications.

The cancellation of loss release can be handled on an automatic transferring machine or by going to the campus e-card service center with valid documentation.
