Chen Wei, male, Han nationality, was born in August, 1962 in Qinglong City of Hebei Province. He graduated with his master’s degree from Business School of Hunan University, majoring in management engineering. He joined Communist Party of China in May, 1987, and started to work in July, 1985. He now serves as member and vice secretary of the Standing Committee of the CPC Hunan University Committee.
