Urban Rail Transit Cultural Research Project Launched in HNU

 The university-enterprise cooperation project “Urban Rail Transit Cultural Research”, the first of its kind in China, was signed on April 19. The project will conduct research on cultural cooperation in urban rail transit from academic research, personnel training, and industrial services. HNU Vice President Xie Chi, and Deputy Secretary General with the China Association of Metros (CAMET) Li Chengxin attended the signing ceremony.

The project will help make full use of intellectual resources of universities to build an academic exchange platform for urban rail transit culture, promote the academic research on urban rail transit culture in China. It will also take advantage of industrial resources of enterprises to probe into the reality of urban rail transit culture, cultivate and build China's urban rail transit cultural brand, lead and promote the construction and development of China's urban rail transit culture.

The project will help mobilize the resources and advantages of universities and enterprises to promote the cultivation of urban rail transit cultural professionals, advance interdisciplinary integration and knowledge innovation, and promote the construction of a new type of urban rail transit culture think tank, and push forward R&D of cultural and creative products and the development of rail transit cultural industry.
